everything got smaller after last elvui update

I have confirmed that I have read the Changelog and done the Troubleshooting Steps.

Attempted to reinstall ElvUI then Merathilis from scratch.

Did a full wipe, deleted my WTF and Interface folder.

Noticed the game bar on the top of the screen and the MerathilisUI option is missing from ElvUI.

It's not on the right side of the elvui options window either. I reinstalled everything (I've used this for a couple of months) step by step, and MerathilisUI is still not popping up the install window.

I went to the ElvUI options in the menu to reinstall Merathilis and I can no longer see MerathilisUI as an option to click on anywhere. Went into the game and noticed that the upper game bar was missing from MerathilisUI.
